Getting Ready at Plant Riverside & Industrial Savannah Vibes
The couple got ready at the Plant Riverside JW Marriott, a space rich with history and strong architectural lines once used for forging and power generation. That industrial edge carried beautifully into the rest of the day and paired perfectly with Sophie and Andy’s modern aesthetic.
Later, the celebration moved to the iconic Kehoe Iron Works building—one of Savannah’s most striking industrial wedding venues. The raw textures, iron details, and open space created a dramatic backdrop for a wedding that felt both timeless and contemporary.

One of my favorite moments as a Savannah documentary wedding photographer was the ketubah signing. It created space for natural, emotional family portraits—quiet moments of connection that unfolded organically. Even with some challenging light, those images remain some of my favorites because of the genuine emotion they hold.

They brought nonstop energy to the room, hyping guests up for a traditional hora that quickly turned into a swirling sea of human joy.
